Booking with us is more straightforward than hitting blackjack with pocket aces. You tell us the date, the atmosphere you want, how many guests are joining and whether you'd like extra sparkle on the poker tables or a comedian who can keep a Harbour Cruise entertained until sunrise. We provide a clear, itemised quote and a booking confirmation, you pay a deposit through our secure third-party payment gateway — we never see or store your card details — and your date is locked in. Cancelling more than 30 days in advance? Your full deposit is returned, no questions asked. Cancelling within 30 days means we retain only what has already been spent on dealers, transport or custom setup, because those exceptional professionals still need to be fairly compensated. Want to add a second roulette table at the last minute or swap the DJ for a live saxophonist? We will do everything we can to accommodate if the schedule allows. Missed payment deadlines or inaccurate booking information may require us to pause the arrangement, but we will always communicate directly first — nobody appreciates unexpected surprises outside of a Team Celebration reveal. All transactions and agreements are governed by Australian law and the Australian Privacy Principles, ensuring your data stays as secure as chips beneath a dealer's hand.

You agree to engage respectfully: follow the dealers' guidance, leave the equipment in the condition you found it, and treat our staff and fellow guests the way you'd want to be treated after a perfect evening at a Coastal Getaway. We are not liable if someone disregards the "please don't climb the roulette table" instruction and ends up wearing the felt as a cape. All photography, videos, creative copy and reviews featured on our site belong to BloomZen — please ask before reproducing anything (a friendly email is usually all it takes). Attempting to book using false details or arriving with disruptive intentions means we can end the engagement immediately. We commit to doing everything within our power to deliver a flawless event — equipment inspected, staff fully briefed, contingency plans layered upon contingency plans — but if an extreme weather event affects the venue or an infrastructure outage occurs beyond anyone's control, we will work tirelessly to find a solution, and the legal term for that situation is "force majeure." Disputes? Our strong preference is to resolve things directly and constructively over a conversation — or a coffee. If that doesn't fully resolve the matter, NSW Fair Trading and the OAIC are always available, but honestly our goal is simply to make things right and get you excited about your next event.

These terms represent the complete agreement between us — no hidden clauses, no fine print buried at the bottom. If any single provision is ever found to be unenforceable, the remainder of the terms continue to stand in full. We are an independent events company, not your employer, business partner or legal representative. This entire agreement is governed by Australian law, reflecting where our events headquarters is proudly based.
